Information we collect
When you apply or submit a résumé, we may collect your name, contact details, work history, compensation expectations, sponsorship requirements, LinkedIn profile, résumé, and the role that interested you. If you contact us by email or phone, we also receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use personal information to evaluate you for current and future recruiting opportunities, communicate with you, coordinate interviews, represent you with permission, maintain recruiting records, protect our systems, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Employer inquiries remain direct email or phone conversations; this website does not automatically create company, contact, or job records.
Who supports the service
We use carefully selected service providers for website hosting, application security, analytics, database services, and private file storage. They process information for us under their applicable terms and safeguards. Résumés are stored in a private bucket and are not publicly accessible.
Analytics and security
We use privacy-conscious, aggregate website analytics to understand site performance. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish genuine applications from automated abuse. We do not use application data to sell advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain recruiting information only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, relationship management, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention can vary based on the nature of the relationship and applicable requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also tell us not to consider you for future opportunities.
