Chris started Emerald in early 2019, following in his father's footsteps of starting and running his own financial services recruiting firm. He spent several years working at International Market Recruiters.
Starting with Emerald in 2019, Nancy has been an integral member of the firm's success. She brings extensive recruiting experience from both the agency side and corporate, having led teams at ADP and Walmart.
