Associate/Vice President AI Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate/Vice President AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance our investment strategies.

• Design and implement AI/ML/LLM-driven models, tools, workflows, and agents.
• Develop and integrate AI features into products such as chat agents, copilots, and automation pipelines.
• Implement retrieval augmented generation (RAG), MCPs, and internal integrations with databases and APIs.
• Research, prototype, and deploy AI applications using Python.
• Engage with domain experts to identify and execute high-value AI use cases.

Who We're Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain and Llamaindex, as well as LLM APIs.
• Financial services or hedge fund experience is preferred.
• Bonus: Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science.
