What You'll Be Doing
As a Quantitative Research Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing our investment strategies and research capabilities.
- Implement new investment strategies in coordination with the research team.
- Develop new proprietary research tools and enhance existing ones.
- Evaluate and create solutions to increase the speed and capabilities of the research process.
- Collaborate on other software engineering tasks as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Exceptional skills in one or more programming languages: C++, Java, Python, or R.
- Commitment to writing testable, shareable, fault-tolerant, and scalable code.
- Strong interest in quantitative finance, with a background or interest in math or machine learning being a plus.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline from a well-regarded program.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional software engineering role.
