Managing Director — US Head of Real Assets Finance Managment

What You'll Be Doing

In this senior leadership role, you will manage and optimize finance operations for Real Assets funds, working closely with industry leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

• Oversee financial management of Private Equity style Real Assets Funds, including transaction support, financial close processes, and ongoing finance operations for SPVs.

• Act as a key business partner to Americas Real Assets leadership, driving strategic initiatives and engaging with senior stakeholders on complex projects.

• Lead internal teams and collaborate with external service providers to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk across the business.

Who We're Looking For

• 15+ years’ experience in financial services and team leadership.

• Proven track record in managing finance operations for funds and SPVs.

• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.

• Experience in developing high-performing teams and fostering a positive culture.

• Expertise in strategic project management, process optimization, and risk reduction.
