Head of Clearing Sales

What You'll Be Doing

As the Head of Clearing Sales you will lead the firm's clearing and correspondent sales efforts. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the overall clearing sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

• Sourcing, originating, and closing new fully disclosed and omnibus clearing relationships.

• Building relationships with broker-dealers, RIAs, fintech firms, and institutional clients.

• Leading complex RFPs, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions.

• Collaborating with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client Service teams for seamless onboarding.

• Developing strategic partnerships with trading technology vendors and fintech platforms.

• Representing the firm at industry conferences and client meetings.

• Maintaining a robust pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasting.

• Monitoring competitive trends and regulatory changes affecting clearing businesses.

• Mentoring and building a high-performing institutional sales team.

Who We're Looking For

• 10+ years of institutional financial services sales experience.

• Significant experience selling clearing and custody solutions.

• Established network across the broker-dealer ecosystem.

• Proven history of generating new business and managing complex sales cycles.

• Strong understanding of U.S. clearing, custody, and capital markets infrastructure.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
