Vice President Loan Operations

What You'll Be Doing

In this pivotal role within our middle office operations, you will collaborate directly with the principal investing deal team and key external service providers. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• End-to-end transaction management for a diverse portfolio of investments.
• Operational analysis of proposed transactions and advising on necessary approvals.
• Coordinating transaction closings and ongoing administration, ensuring effective day-to-day management.
• Ownership of data in loan management systems, including LoanIQ.
• Staff engagement, development, and daily management responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in middle office or operations.
• Proficiency with Loan IQ, ACBS, or similar corporate loan management systems.
• Strong skills in reviewing and interpreting credit agreements and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with large data sets, along with strong Excel and presentation skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
