Lead and mentor a small, high-performing Loan Operations team supporting all facets of syndicated, bilateral, and participation loans.
Oversee daily loan servicing across trading, origination, and secondary loan portfolios within an investment banking environment.
Manage the full loan lifecycle—fundings, rollovers, interest calculations, amendments, and paydowns—ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as the primary escalation point for internal stakeholders (Front Office, Credit, Finance, and Risk) on complex loan transactions.
Utilize Loan IQ extensively for booking, servicing, reconciliation, and exception resolution.
Maintain controls and ensure compliance with internal policies, credit agreements, and regulatory standards.
Drive process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities to strengthen operational efficiency and reporting quality.
