Vice President, Transaction & Accounting Advisory

Lead execution of transaction advisory and accounting advisory engagements across M&A, capital markets, and strategic finance transactions.

Advise clients on complex accounting issues, including purchase accounting, carve-outs, revenue recognition, and financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.

Oversee due diligence, quality of earnings (QoE), and balance sheet analyses to assess deal value, structure, and risk.

Partner with investment banking teams, corporate development, and private equity clients to deliver actionable insights on transaction structure and valuation impact.

Manage and mentor junior professionals, ensuring analytical rigor, consistency, and excellence in client deliverables.

Coordinate with external auditors, valuation experts, and legal advisors to streamline deal execution and accounting compliance.
