Vice President, Private Equity Fund Accountant

Oversee the accounting and reporting for multiple private equity funds, including management companies and carry vehicles.

Review quarterly and annual financial statements, partner capital allocations, and performance metrics in accordance with GAAP and fund agreements.

Manage capital activity processes—calls, distributions, waterfalls, and carried interest calculations—ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate audits, valuations, and investor reporting with external auditors, administrators, and internal teams.

Lead and mentor junior fund accountants, providing technical guidance and process oversight.

Partner with investment, operations, and IR teams to support portfolio analysis, cash flow forecasting, and investor inquiries.

Implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and internal controls.
