Chief Operating Officer – Cryptocurrency Trading

Oversee all operational, compliance, and infrastructure functions for a multi-venue cryptocurrency trading business spanning spot, futures, and derivatives markets.

Drive operational strategy and scale systems across trade execution, risk management, treasury, and post-trade operations.

Build and manage high-performing teams across operations, finance, and technology to support institutional-grade trading and settlement.

Partner with the CEO and CIO on strategic initiatives, including exchange relationships, liquidity expansion, and regulatory readiness.

Ensure robust internal controls, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance with global digital asset regulations (e.g., MiCA, CFTC, MAS).

Lead vendor selection, platform integration, and automation projects to enhance efficiency and scalability.
