Assistant Vice President Reconcilations

Oversee daily and monthly reconciliations across equities, fixed income, and related derivative products between front, middle, and back-office systems.

Investigate and resolve position, cash, and P&L breaks with trading desks, operations, finance, and custodians.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of reconciliations in accordance with regulatory and audit standards.

Manage a small team, providing oversight, mentorship, and escalation support on complex reconciliation issues.

Drive automation and workflow enhancements to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
